Ideja dvojice prijatelja
Pinot, naziv koji uvek asocira na vino savršeno pristaje kao ime restoranu nastalom kao ideja dvojice prijatelja, Miloša Perovića i Vuka Vuletića. Otvorio je svoja vrata gostima aprila 2022. godine u elitnom Novobeogradskom naselju West65. Na samom uglu jednog od blokova zgrada, skromnog kapaciteta, ali velike ljubavi kao i želje da se gostima napravi prijatna lepa i istinska ugostiteljska atmosfera.

Vinska karta je balansirana tako da sadrži vinske klasike poznatih srpskih vinara, sa nekoliko neotkrivenih dragulja, malih vinarija, van radara koje prave izuzetna vina. Od stranih vina, akcenat je na starom Svetu, dominiraju vina čuvenih regija Burgundije, Bordoa, Šampanje, Toskane, Ribere del Duero, Wachaua, Pfalza i drugih. Vinski servis je na najvišem mogućem nivou, na adekvatnim temperaturama, u odgovarajućoj Riedel čaši.

This contemporary-looking bistro is located in Novi Beograd, the modern business and shopping district across the Sava River from Belgrade’s city centre. The menu shines the spotlight on seasonal produce and changes throughout the year depending on market availability. In addition to a concise lineup of daily specials announced at your table, you can order a tasting menu flanked by an insightful wine pairing options (one of the owners, youthful Vuk Vuletić, is an award-winning sommelier).

Fabulous service! Our waiter was amazing: charming, quick, speaking multiple languages, presenting dishes as if these were pieces of art (which they were, definitely). Our compliments to the chef and the team! It was one of the best Valentine’s date for us.

Amazing place, with extraordinary food and great staff. The food quality is just amazing and there are a lot of options on the menu. Very rich wine selection, coming from the best sommelier in Serbia. The atmosphere is cozy. Currently the best place in town!
